Early sunshine!

The early bird catches the worm...and all that jazz! It seems to have been true of today as I caught the sunshine for a walk first thing this morning. 

The morning started well with BBC Radio 2 reading out my text on Good Morning Sunday. They were taking nominations of who to dedicate International Woman's Day too. I nominated my Mum and my sister :-) 

If it wasn't family members, I would definitely go with Chrissie Wellington. In her words, "Just seize every opportunity you have, embrace every experience. Make a mark, for all the right reasons."
