ALL THAT MULCH

My new garden will be a container garden. I do not think that there is space for composting but keep hoping that I will find a solution. Huge piles of bougainvillea leaves and blossoms accumulate in odd corners. It seems a shame to hoover them up , bag them and put them out with the garbage and recycling.
