This is the cinnamon spiral cake, my latest obsession! It's fabulous for breakfast! It's an odd cakey, muffiny, pancakey offering, smothered in cinnamon buttery goodness with a light glaze over the lot!

This is a back blip and further recommendations for this cake include a generous handful of fat sweet raisins into the batter, and a scattering of pecans over the top!
