Tokens of Appreciation

Hydrangeas and carnations as a thank you for co-directing the school musical, and a cake which Valerie made for me. When Kazuko told me that Valerie made it herself I assumed she put the cream on top of a ready-made sponge cake. No. Valerie made everything herself; the cream, the sponge, the filling. What's more, it was delicious!
