Frogner Park Oslo

Took an audition in Oslo today for a job in the opera orchestra. Didn't quite go to plan but that's ok. I worked out here about 20yrs ago and became friends with another horn player who I haven't seen since I was here last.
He is now the 1st horn in the orchestra I was auditioning for and was really really good to meet him and some other section players for a meal and beer in the evening.
Had the a sunny afternoon to kill and walked up to Oslo's famous park. Certainly a day of ups and downs.
