Run......

......there's loads of kids having loads of fun on the beach this morning, in fact I was almost tempted to go for paddle myself.......but then I thought better of it and settled for an ice cream (a sugar cone '99' with dragons blood and sprinkles in case you're interested) instead......phew, what a scorcher!!

SHOCK HORROR......The local Coop has run out of salad stuff.....aaaarrrrggghhhh
