Blousey blooms!

At last, a sunny spring like day!! Hub decided to stay at home to do some jobs in the garden and greenhouse whilst I popped over to visit mum.

I drove over and spent a few hours with mum and sis's dog, Bailey. He's having a couple of sleepovers with mum, whilst sis is at Crufts! After we'd had a sandwich, I popped to get mums groceries. Had a cuppa with her before leaving at 4 to avoid rush hour! That didn't work.......took me an hour and 20 minutes to do a 40 minute journey :-/ so my plan to stop off for a blip somewhere en route backfired!

Luckily for me, it was still lovely and light when I did get home, so a little wander around the garden, and I found that our white camellia had three or four lovely blooms fully open.

Oh yes, best news of all, following our rather disappointing day yesterday, we only went and won the blooming pub quiz last night, get it, back of the net :- D !!!!
