Beyond repair

I think this is now beyond repair though I have thought this before and then the owner has tarted it up placed a For Sale sign on the bank. Presumably there have been no takers and now it's falling to bits. A ladder has been placed there in the last week so maybe it's a sign of another attemp to bring it back to life.
