dad's bowl

After Dad's last few months of being off his feet again following another op in the summer he announced to me on my birthday back in october that he was thinking of returning to his lathe again, and asked me if there was anything I'd like making. I requested a shaving bowl.

Two months and several handfingermeasurements later he gave it to me on christmas eve, and I used it this morning for my boxing day shave.

This bowl means so much to me I can't tell you. It's beautiful, perfect in every way. Made just for me by my Superman.
