Sit and bake!

I decided that with my eggs almost at use by date and Bananas ready to mash, it was time to make a batch of Banana Muffins! We had a taster each, now the rest are frozen!! I sat down to make them ;0)))
Update on my foot.
Many have asked how is my foot, well at almost 6 weeks post-op, a little disappointing! I am trying to walk a bit more, but I had an infection in it and it still swells after not too much pottering. I go back for a review with the surgeon next Wednesday, so we will have to see what he says. I only take one stick out with me if I'm out and about, not that I can really walk too much. But, it is on the mend, and hopefully a couple more weeks and I should really feel the benefit. ;0/.
