Ted is Supporting Me!

Well, I really must get a grip!
I have been trying to lose half a stone since the new year and I am not winning. We went to Iceland with humbug to get a few packs of the new slimmers world range that has just arrived so we will try one for tea today.

I can't decide what to do after swimming with Harvey this morning.
Should we go to the cinema to see " The Marigold Hotel" or stay home and watch the last two episodes of "Spiral".
