Homemade samosa

Not quite as good as Jo-Jo's version yesterday. Her's were drier and spicier, mine were rather oily but I'd added peas.
She really does know what she's doing...it's great when you see your children grow and become confident adults... but to take my cooking crown so early in my middle age??? Ahhhhh!!!! Suppose I know I'll get fed in old age!!
