A Walk to Clear the Sinuses.

Nick has been feeling a bit blah all week, he woke up with a really blocked head this morning and came home after lunch. 

After a good relax we went for a walk and he seems to have perked up :) 

After some stormy cold rain this morning, it's now roasting haha!
