Boy
Better weather for shooting today so I walked from Akihabara to Shimbashi, stopping off to meet a friend and go for a rock and roll visit to the Bank of Japan's Currency Museum. And as my friend has been known to say, "the fun never starts." Joking aside though, it wasn't a bad little museum and it actually improved my kanji a little bit so it was time well spent.
After that we visited the 1980s.
Or at least a few bars in Roppongi that really could have been used for the bar in St Elmo's Fire. Now they're pretty quite places haunted by good times of past, but in the day they must have been rocking. I'm only 20 years too late, which is not bad for me. I always seem to get there after everyone else: I had my first ever espresso today.
