The purple sleep to ease my pain

I am two days into recovery from an extraordinarily painful oral surgery. I cannot believe the severity of the pain I am suffering. This purple clematis was blooming right outside my door, so I grabbed a handful of flowers and petals and took this shot just so that I can say I managed to accomplish one thing in the past 48 hours.
