Absence of pigeons

One of two Harris Hawks – Liam and Jack – who control pigeons at Trafalgar Square in London.  They have brought down the transient pigeon population from 5,000 birds to 1000 birds.  I think it is a little kinder in its approach than  Tom Lehrer !
