Wow

After a duvet day yesterday, we awoke to blue skies. Enthusiasm returned for skiing and the snow was great. We went for miles. The highest we went was 2277m where it was incredibly windy and very cold - the loft was shut shortly after we got there. The snow blasted my skin badly on that lift. We found lots to do but had a worry that the lifts back to our valley might get closed. We made it back and then seemed to do miles more! Ice blasted again many times before beautiful views of Chatel from the new lifts. A celebratory beer was enjoyed!
Just before my shower, I looked out of the sky light and saw my blip. The other choices included beer, hot chocolates, me, the mountains etc etc
