"Keep Breathing!"

Our dance artist Salma from Glasgow put us through our paces this morning at the Macrobert arts centre.
Such was our concentration that she kept saying, “ keep breathing!”  because she could tell from the look on our faces we were holding our breath as we tried to remember all the steps (very good for the memory).
 
 
Our group of older dancers have reached 18, making photography difficult, even though they do not all turn up, so I thought I would blip Salma, our teacher, today.
