Attack of the Cones

World book day means that loads of kids rock up to the Mitchell Library for what must be a pretty fun day out (Hello! A day trip on primary school was the best thing ever!). The problem I have is the Library and/or Council stick a load of cones on the parking spaces on our road for all the coaches to fit into. Not great when half the road is shut off when spaces are limited anyway.

I did wonder if the traffic wardens would have any right to give you a ticket though if you did sneak into a space? I didn't risk it just in case.
