I'm Sorry ...

Dear lovely Mr. Badger,
I am sorry I sent you on a pointless errand to get 100 lbs of various meats only to get there and have the woman tell you her kid was sick and the meat was like 40 miles away =\ I'll try to set up these random meat pick-ups better in the future. But you are very patient and weren't even mad that you wasted an hour round-trip ;_; Loki picked this flower just for you .. because he loves you. He also loves meat - but that wasn't the motivating factor here.

Our HOA decided that all of this week they'd be sanding/re-painting our vents and power washing the building. They sent out a notice declaring that due to the chemicals/dust from the painting, we'd need to keep our AC off all week. Okay, cool. I'll just leave the windows open. Nope - HOA also said who knows which day of the week they will be power washing. It is a mystery to them and therefore to us. So we had to be prepared for high powered water coming through our windows at any time. So no AC and no open windows (unless you are home all day like me and could hopefully close the windows before they started spraying). Mind you, it gets into the mid 80s easily in May in our place (and it did over the past week). So it was less than pleasant. They finally got around to finishing today -_- So the AC is going again, and so far none of us have died from chemicals. Oo, and did I mention we had to take everything off our decks pre-emptively to the power wash as well. So we've had our outdoor table and chairs plus some plant pots in our living room all week. Glad that's all over! Can't wait until I live in a house with no whiff of an HOA.
