Wednesday: The Hand

Well, considering today was quite a busy day, my photographic offerings were paltry.  I think I was just a bit over-excited and I kept forgetting to take any photos.

This evening, we held a St David's Day event (a few days late, I know), which included a bake-off and a Welsh poetry reading competition.  I tried my hand at a verse but didn't win.  I did, however, get to judge the cake competition so nobly sacrificed myself and ate lots of cake.  At this point, I was asking my colleague where something was - 'there it is' she said, just as I took a photo of the cake table.......

After eating lots of cake, K. and I met up with Newman and C to celebrate C.'s birthday.  Lots of Indian food was consumed, along with a few beers - ahem.

I got to bed way too late for a school night.
