By the stream

I conscripted my husband to do a walk by the local stream today. He favoured a walk round the streets, but I insisted I wanted to feel like I was in the country. It was pretty wet and muddy, but we were the only people along there, the birds were singing and the sun was shining. We also spotted three sheep in a field - there's never been any animals other than horses in the fields before. They were chubby sheep with round heads - I'm guessing some sort of older breed?

Paul is still not well and having to rest on the bed. I do hope he feels better soon, poor guy.
