A friend said this morning that waiting for this appointment is like waiting for news of a birth. GP's secretary rang to check if I'd heard. No! She said she and my doc would discuss and be in touch later.

Just heard that she has had no response from the hospital and doc says if there is nothing by end of today he will speak to the consultant (again, they spoke on Tuesday) tomorrow.
