Monmouth Coffee at Borough Market... Mmmm

Vichy Catalan for those who have not sampled it before is fizzy water with an exraordinarily high sodium content.

Drinking it is almost like drinking salt water but not quite and is, after you get used to it, very pleasant indeed.
