Torch

I went for a walk at lunchtime from work, just up to the dock at the Transporter Bridge. It's a few weeks since I've been and I noticed that a new structure has appeared - a wooden pole with a metal basket on top. I'm wondering whether it's to do with the Olympic torch as it is coming past here.
