RIP Katherine

We had the sad news today that a friend and colleague passed away after a very short battle against cancer.
When Katherine was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer 6 weeks ago, she was given 6 months to live.
She came in to see us all last week and thank us for our fund raising efforts which had reached £1700. She was fairly upbeat about starting chemo which would have given her time to see her little boy start school, sadly that wasn`t to be.
The fundraising will continue to enable her husband to fulfill the wish that the children go on holiday to Disneyland...a holiday they had to cancel when Katherine was diagnosed with the disease. She was 34
