Fishing lake, Abbeycwmhir

The former Cistercian abbey is in a wonderful quiet location in the valleys of Mid Wales. It was a glorious morning for the visit. The abbey ruins were interesting but the lake stole the show for the views. I also visited Llandrindod Wells and in the afternoon saw the magnificent sight of the kite feeding display at Rhayader. Just a great day.
