Hungry Horace

I had a phone call from nursery this morning. My heat sank. I immediately thought someone must be ill and needing to come home.

I was pleasantly surprised when all they wanted was to ask for permission for P to have a walk into the village. When I got home this evening P told me all about it. It sounds like they had lots of fun. They went all the way to one of the primary schools and had to spot as many things as they could beginning with different letters on the way. A stop at the park on the way back and they had all worked up quite an appetite for lunch.

Talking of appetites, A is eating everything in sight at the moment. Making up for last week I think. I took this picture on Monday but it perfectly sums up how no crumb is left untouched at the moment! I attempted to eat a sausage roll when I got in from work but ended up having to share it with this cheeky monkey.
