Happy 125th birthday to the Forth Rail Bridge
The Forth Rail Bridge was opened on 4th March 1890. This afternoon Mr hazelh cycled to South Queensferry where he took some photos of the fly-past to celebrate the bridge's birthday. Here's one of a Spitfire.
Meanwhile, on campus I zipped from meeting to meeting (7 in total), then worked late preparing for an assessment tomorrow. In the midst of all this I learnt that the paper that I submitted on 12th January has been accepted for publication subject to some minor amendments, and that a submission for a conference in Greece in June has also been successful.
Exercise today: morning loops in 28'41",sit-ups, weights and walk to work (1 hour).
