A day of wating

If you follow my blips you will know that our much loved dog slipped a disc and ended up in the vet hospital last night.  Today was a day of waiting.  We waited to hear the results of the MRI scan - they were a bit worse than the vet had thought they would be.  The vet still thought the operation was a good option so we then waited for the call from the vet hospital to say how that had gone.  Eventually the call came.  The vet is happy with the operation but the next few days will be quite important as we see how recovery is. The house is so quiet.  Missing our boy.
