3 March 2015 - Purple Rain

Another long day today in Cardiff.  Lots of meetings and lots of conversations, I spend most of my time at work hoping that I am doing myself justice, I hope I did today!  Managed to get out at lunchtime and have a quick walk around the local park, this is where I spotted the crocuses and the sun was in the right direction for a close up. 

Did not get home until 7.45pm which meant I made bad decisions food wise, I ate my bodyweight in bread this evening, NOT GOOD! Hoping that I can get back into the grove and make good choices in the coming weeks.
