Top Gun

My son is now home from his week away and the girls greeted him with delightful smiles. It is great to see them so responsive now. It was a day for another visit to the paediatrician at the US Air Force base and as usual the Thunderbirds were practising in the skies above us. I had seen this statue on previous visits and determined to get a shot today - albeit from a moving car. In the afternoon the girls and I joined my son and Kymba for a walk, or rather we walked and the other two ran for exercise. It was warm and sunny when we started out but the wind from the mountains soon came over and it was really chilly. The hills were covered with cloud so I expect more snow has fallen on the tops.
