The cawl and cake walk.

Had a lovely 6 mile walk with the ramblers today to mark St David's Day. We walked through Pembrey forestry land , along Cefn Sidan beach ,taking in the shipwrecks exposed at low tide, and ended up with cawl and Welsh cakes. The sun was really warm ,out of the stiff breeze.
