I really like this jumble of lines and shadows, taken in the evening light as the sun was going down.

Following on from our building project last autumn, we decided to wait until the better weather to have the pathway repaired and improve the patio area in the back garden. We kept all the red sandstone from the demolished porch and it is being used to create small retaining walls in the garden. We didn't expect Mediterranean weather, it's been so hot, tiring work for S.

24C in Glasgow today ... and it's going to continue over the weekend. Hopefully by the Jubilee Holiday Weekend, we might have a spot to sit out and enjoy the sunshine.
