Do I Have To?

Lincoln lives a pretty cruisy life where we put him on the floor sitting up and surround him with toys. I suspect this is discouraging crawling. I occasionally put him down to get him used to trying to move. He's not really interested. And I'm fine with it either way because he is low maintenance when he is still. I don't want to spoil him into not needing to crawl though.
