Another night on the college run and another nightmare journey for part of the way. Again tonight it had snowed then the temperature dipped below freezing and the Copshie Road* was so slippy that I had difficulty getting traction to get up the hills in the minibus.

I didn't get home till after midnight so my idea of a moon shot has been abandoned and this is a shot of a lovely dog I took this afternoon outside the shop.

*Newcastleton is also known as Copshaw Holm so the B6399 from Hawick is known as the Copshie Road.
