Hailstones

A hospital appointment this morning with the physiotherapist. She is pleased with my progress and is sending me for hydrotherapy sessions. I don't see her for a month now!! Woo hoo. Back in the water again next week.

It was cold and windy with a mixture of clouds and sunshine. This picture is out of the cafe window when we had hailstones. Strange weather.
