Take a view

This unusual London based blip was made possible by the Network Rail sponsored "Take a view" competition which is currently on display in Waterloo station.
As usual the standard is very high, but this crop of an entry by Peter Warrington was my favourite (it actually has two setters in the full image)
It has a quiet "painterly" quality and reminds me of Jack Vettrianos work.
