Contemplation

My friend J is a great artist.  This was one of her Christmas presents and I like the look on his face.

I went to see Dad today to see how we was.  He faces an eye operation this week and was, naturally, rather apprehensive about it.  He is still very independent and really doesn't appreciate nor accept offers of help, which can be a bit difficult sometimes.

J and I did a spot more shopping and tea drinking and then had dinner at home.  Very relaxing.
