..... a bit of sunshine!!

And it's certainly true for this lovely clematis. As it was soaking up the early evening sun, we could almost watch it opening. Lovely large flowers - probably the size of an apple!

Friday was as good as Fridays can be when you have double yr10 set 3 on a hot and sticky afternoon. I have to say I was proud of them.... minimum moaning and they actually worked their socks off without realising. Like myself, they work well with a list up on the board of things we need to achieve. Deal is once we have achieved what I set out, we have time to listen to a bit of quality German Rock - I do have a couple of budding Rockstars in the group, who love a bit of Rammstein.... not sure the rest of the staff in the building appreciated music booming in through the open windows, but it sure made a change from the building work noise.

I visited my GP today to get to the bottom of my annoying nose! I have to say she was very kind and did well not laugh....but admitted at the end she had never anyone come in with 'twitching nose' symptons. She did indeed find an explanation - hopefully she is right and the treatment will do it's stuff!!

An hour or so in the garden at the end of the day....... and some lovely fresh asparagus ..... not bad for a Friday!!
