Heron Over the Garden

First time I've seen one here... it came twice today. I would have loved a photo of it standing looking at the pools hoping to catch non-existent fish; but no matter how noiselessly I opened the door and tried to sneak up to the garden gate from where I could actually see it, it heard me and flew off immediately.
