Three birds

Well, four in face, counting the gull which was circling above and making them nervous. Didn't quite get him in the frame, but immediately after this one of the starlings flew off and after his next pass another one did - and then there were none. Its strange misty appearance is due to being taken through a window plus a plastic layer of temporary double-glazing. I had gone out earlier, but the wind was so biting that I couldn't bear to get my hands out of my gloves to operate the camera. This was taken between a couple of brief but fierce little snowstorms.
