Porcelain lady

My family have allowed me to have the porcelain lady that my mum loved and I'm grateful for that. I know she's not valuable in money terms but special to me because I know what she meant to my mum.

Problem is I'm now trying to work out how to attempt to clean her up -
That's the challenge for the week!
