YOU WOULDN'T GET ME IN THERE

It was snowing like fury just before we set off this morning but the weather forecast for Liverpool was sunny. I don't remember them mentioning  the wind though, flippin' freezing! We went to see a Laughing Gull; he wasn't laughing either.

Then it was on to Crosby Marine Park where we did not see a Long-tailed Duck, but after battling through a sandstorm to the sea we found Mr Gormley's Another Place. I would very much like to go back on a less windy day and be able to walk through the dunes to the statues, without eating sand or being blinded by sand.

Then it was "Another Bird, Another Burger" for lunch, the title of my soon to be written book on being a passenger seat, along for the ride, twitcher.
