Up on the cliffs

A wild and windy day but after spending all morning battling with spreadsheets and emails, I decided I needed a good blow to wake myself up!  

This doesn't really show how rough a day it was, or how cold, but take my word for it!  The most amazing thing was the noise, of the waves, the wind, the gulls and my jacket and waterproof trousers flapping franticly in the gale!  

Before long these cliffs will be covered in the pink flowers of sea thrift and the ledges lined with fulmars' nests. 

The more observant of you will see Ollie up ahead, waiting for me!
