Not on the road.

I've sent this photo to the DVLA to prove that this moped has never been driven and is not on the road, therefore does not need insurance. They want to fine me £100.
When I measured the garage of my motorhome to ensure that the moped would fit in I failed to take into account that the door was nowhere near as big as the internal measurement .... duh.
Anybody want to by a 50cc retro scooter - 1.1 kms on the clock?
