Arthritis confirmed

The doctor confirmed this morning that the kink that's recently developed on my left little finger is arthritis. You can see how it compares with my right little finger in this shot. I'm in no pain, so that's good. Indeed I am pleased that arthritis has only just caught up with me. My poor mother succumbed to it in her 30s.

As for my ankle and other aches and pains, the problems here relate to ligaments and I have been advised to take them to a physio. In the meantime I should take ibuprofen to speed up the recovery.

Exercise today: one morning loop, sit-ups and weights, walk to the doctor's surgery and back (35 minutes).
