Gym

I'm going to join a gym
This one looks lovely and friendly
Never set foot in one in my life but I feel my muscle strength is going and it won't come back on its own
And once it's gone it's gone
And my motto is USE IT OR LOSE IT
It is quite daunting though thinking of doing something new like this ......
