"Uncle!"

Okay, I give up.  All my wishing for warmer weather and some signs of spring is not working.  Today I woke up to overcast skies and a cold bite to the air.  By lunch time the snow has begun and it snowed all day.  I took this photo from my kitchen window.  I tried to capture the big flakes coming down.
By evening the snow had turned to hail and it was making so much noise coming down that Dillon kept running between the front and back doors barking.  The hail accumulated a couple of inches on top of the snow and it was very slippery. 
They have already called a delayed opening for the schools in the morning. 
At this rate we'll have snow on the ground for Easter!
