The old Trestle railway bridge

Back blip
After traveling 5 hours we stopped for the night and slept in the back of the Ute, waking to a mild but misty morning. A cup of tea to start the day! you have to start the day right, we were on our way again.
This Railway bridge is just outside Orbost and is part of the original rail network, a lot of them have been saved by turning them into bicycle paths and running tours along them, hopefully this one will be saved soon as it is the next section of a 280 kilometre cycle path. I am not sure of the age but there was so much work put into them originally, they are an  all wooden structure, and quite a sight to see.
Breakfast in Orbost then onto Mallacoota 2 hours further down the track.
